【Event Sharing】 National Taiwan Normal University "Robotic Arm and Bilingual Teaching Enhancement Workshop"!
- The workshop aims to use robotic arms to assist teacher candidates or college students interested in primary and secondary school science education in introducing STEM integrated thinking and using bilingualism as a medium of instruction to enhance students' familiarity with the application of STEM technology tools. Therefore, a bilingual teaching enhancement workshop is being held for promotion.
- The workshop is divided into two sessions, which can be attended separately.
- Session 1: Introduction to robotic arms, assembly instruction, aiming to familiarize participants with robotic arms and engage in hands-on assembly and fun competition activities.
- Session 2: Bilingual teaching demonstration on technology and life, sharing of Dr. Alex's bilingual teaching "3R Simplified English Principles," and inviting bilingual experts who have served as foreign teachers in bilingual projects by the Ministry of Education, including Dr. Zimei Shi from the Department of Children's English Education at National Taipei University of Education, the host of the Facebook page "Classroom English in Progress."
- Participants: College students from all over the country, university students, and those interested in bilingual teaching are welcome to participate.
- The event will be held in two workshops at the Library Campus of National Taiwan Normal University, with the following schedule, location, and content:
- Session 1: Date: November 5, 2023 (Sunday) 9:00-16:00 Location: National Taiwan Normal University (Library Campus) - Mechanical Building, Room TC411 Content: RFID card-style, joystick-style robotic arm assembly instruction Number of Participants: Approximately 20 people
- Session 2: Date: November 12, 2023 (Sunday) 9:00-16:00 Location: National Taiwan Normal University (Library Campus) - Mechanical Building, Room TC411 Content: Bilingual teaching demonstration on technology and life, sharing of Dr. Alex's bilingual teaching "3R Simplified English Principles" Number of Participants: Approximately 30 people

- Participants are requested to complete online registration two weeks before the event date. Due to limited seats and materials, registration will be closed once it reaches full capacity.
