Since the 2021 academic year, our center has collaborated with the Bilingual Education Research Centers of the University of Taipei, National Taichung University of Education, National Tsing Hua University, and Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages to jointly develop Bilingual Teaching Resource Manuals for nine elementary school subject areas: Natural Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, Life Curriculum, Integrative Activities, Health, Physical Education, Arts, and Music. This project aims to provide practical subject-specific bilingual teaching resources for elementary school classroom teachers and pre-service teachers. The contents of the manuals mainly include "Unit Topic Descriptions," "Subject Vocabulary," "Core Conceptual Sentence Patterns," and "Teaching Reference Resources." Elementary school teachers or pre-service teachers can refer to these manuals when planning bilingual instruction to better grasp the key content of teaching topics and effectively integrate bilingual elements into their curriculum design.
